What my events are like
If the idea of speaking Spanish in front of others feels a bit nerve-wracking, you’re not alone.
That’s exactly why I created these events. They’re relaxed, friendly and designed to help you actually use your Spanish without pressure.
You don’t need to be fluent, and you definitely don’t need to get everything right. Some events are perfect if you’re just starting out and want a gentle introduction to Spanish, while others are great if you’ve learnt a bit before and want to build your confidence.
Whether you come on your own or with a friend, you’ll be made to feel welcome.
Most people arrive feeling a bit unsure… and leave wishing they’d done it sooner!
The kind of events I run
These aren’t your typical “sit and learn” sessions.
They’re designed to get you listening, speaking and enjoying Spanish in a relaxed, real-life way.
Some events are beginner friendly, so even if you’re just starting out, you’re very welcome
Spanish wine tastings and food experiences
Relaxed, sociable evenings where you’ll enjoy Spanish wine or food while picking up useful vocabulary and chatting in Spanish along the way.
Spanish games nights and bingo
Learn and practise Spanish through games, laughter and conversation. It won’t feel like a lesson, but you’ll come away having used loads of Spanish.
